Due to the intimate and hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been worn, tried on, or simply disliked. This policy ensures the safety and cleanliness of every product we send out.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@amplifycollective.co with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll be happy to replace or refund your purchase in those cases.
